1. As soon as you've decided to enter: Register by sending the names and email addresses of all team members to nick-street@uiowa.edu.  Be sure to designate a team contact.
  2. Download training sets and documentation from the datasets page. 
  3. Consider presenting your solution at the INFORMS National Conference in Washington, D.C., October 12-15, 2008.  We have reserved two sessions (eight presentations) for this contest.  To reserve a spot, email your name, contact information, and a 50-word abstract.
  4. After August 1: Download testing sets from the datasets page.
  5. Before September 1: Submit your entry for Part 1, or for both parts.  Submission specifics and required file formats coming soon.
  6. Winners will be announced at the INFORMS Conference.  Prizes will be announced soon.
